Terms of Service

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PrayQR’s websites, forms, chat widget, messaging channels, apps, and API (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree to them on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

The Service

PrayQR helps organizations receive prayer requests and reply to them through prayer networks of volunteers. The Service may use automated tools, including AI, to detect language, moderate, translate, and draft or generate replies. Replies come from volunteers or the organization, or are generated automatically. They are offered in a spirit of care, not as professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may remove content or restrict access to enforce these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the requests, replies, and other content you submit. You give PrayQR, and the organization you submit to, a limited license to host, store, process, translate, moderate, and deliver that content to provide the Service. You confirm you have the right to submit it.

Our property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to PrayQR and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights in it beyond using the Service as allowed here.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that a request will receive a reply, that messages will be delivered, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Replies, including AI-generated ones, are not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PrayQR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Service if you break these Terms, if we need to in order to protect the Service or others, or if the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and if the changes are significant we will give more prominent notice. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
